Fireworks: Stay safe, stay legal

The City of Vilonia has an ordinance for fireworks. This ordinance was passed in 2010 and states it is illegal to shoot fireworks inside the city limits of Vilonia except on July 3rd through 5th between the hours of 3:00pm and 10:30pm, from 6:00pm on December 31st to 12:15am on January 1st, or as an organized display approved by the City Council and City Fire Marshall.

Violators of this ordinance will be fined $100 + court cost.
